Centres, too. Ususally the Cup team has 2 star centres. Nashville, not so much. Nashville has no where near the chance that Vancouver has.

Yes and no...sure the great teams had two very good centers, Gretzky/Messier - Sakic/Forsberg - Yzerman/Federov - etc etc.
But 50% of teams do it with just two good centers, last year Boston had Krejci and Bergeron as their top two centers. Krejci had 62 pts in the regular season and Bergeron had 57, not star caliber centers but two good centers.
In 2007 Anaheim had Andy McDonald (78pts) and Ryan Getzlaf (58pts) as their top two centers, DEFENSE - goaltending and depth won for them.
In 2010 Chicago had Toews and Bolland as their top two centers, Toews had 68 pts in the regular season. They just had extreme depth, defense and goaltending going for them.
Anyways it's not a MUST. Don't get me wrong though...I really like our situation with Hank and Kes!!! But we need more depth and better defense.
