A new improved Mike Richards? - bodiva88
Being first yesterday didn't seem to help our boys.

Voracek seems to lack finish.
I would like to see Jake to advantage of the opportunities he has been given.
Danny needed to bury that wide open shot in the first!
Bob was excellent.
The lack of hustle in the first 2 periods reminded me of the previous years play.
Cooter and Read are showing some good chemistry.
The Flyers have placed a APB for Danny Briere, if anyone has seen Danny please call the Flyers and notify them immediately. - ggunky
I think Jake has improved overall so dramatically this year...learning to play the 2-way game and to use his body to win battles and protect the puck. He's payed attention in the Jagr school of puck management. I think he'll figure out the pass to shoot ratio, too.

It's ok g. You did your job. Sometimes it's not enough. Their home record is my home record. I can't take responsibility for either the losses or the wins. |

I agrEE that Jake is much better now then he was at the beginning of the year. I just want him to bury the puck with a little more frequency.

Great avatar BTW.. Gotta love Trapper! Though BJ was good as well, but he was no Trapper. - RooNosHockey
I enjoyed BJ as well, but Trapper is the man. Plus Mike Farrell supports Mumia, and that's something I can't agree with. |

We really need to shake up these lines. The opposition is zeroing in on the G line way too much, and its working. They know how to defend them... Take away the drop passes and cross-ice passes and make the puck carrier beat you one-on-one...

It really doesn't have anything to do with that. Every team studies video and has scouting reports and knows how to defend any top line. That's no different for any line in the game. The problem starts on the defensive end. Create some turnovers and get some odd man rushes and out numbered situations. It starts with good decision making and not forcing the play. It has little to do with teams knowing how to defend them. That's nothing new. |

Isles fan here in peace....
Got to give it up for "Bob." Every time he plays us he is just incredible. Can't fault him for any of the goals the Isles scored.
I concur that the Isles have outplayed the Flyers in each of the games they have played this season, but "Bob" has been the difference maker. He is a very solid goalie! |

He needs to get into the middle of the ice more. Not just carrying the puck, but in getting open for a shot. He has a very heavy wrist shot. |

He's played very well this year. He's a talented kid who has a good work ethic.
Tavares is a beast, BTW. That kid's a monster. |

Hopefully he's still good 10 years from now, when Bryz's contract is up. |

Don't worry Bradley. When they do the new CBA and make an over 35 career ending injury exemption and an amnesty buyout, Pronger and Bryzgalov will be off the books. |

I actually prefer the movie cast, but (frank)ing OB jumped the gun. |
