It would not surprise me. The Isles actually winning more lately will make Snow even less likely to make a deal. He'll think everything is fine and no need to improve.

I disagree with that...I think he knows this team needs to get better on the second and third lines, and also on the back end in terms of defense. This is why, while I get the b*tching about Rolston, I'm not in agreement when it comes to Pandolfo- there are worse things than having a veteran presence who knows how to defend at the NHL level. The problem is what you trade, and what you get in return. You can't just trade players for the f*ck of it- we already had NBC's loudmouthed jack*ss here for ten years, proving why it's not such a good idea to do that every year on draft day.
If this team really does start to make a run, I think you'll see something happen to upgrade us from a veteran presence perspective, at the very least, but if we remain around .500, I'm going to guess he'll hold his cards at least for the rest of this season, to see if/how these kids improve. Might as well get full value (i.e, as opposed to obtaining a tall, gangly Russian forward, straight off the short bus, in exchange for a premier goaltender, for one GLARING example of abject stupidity) for whatever it is you're going to attempt to do, IMO.
