its just so stupid. It irriated the hell out of me. I am so sick of the morning crew and Barkan. I was happy to have Eskin gone and it took me all of 2 months to be utterly irritated by him. - nastyflyergirl

Outside of Bill because he actually just worries about reporting and analyzing hockey, am I the only one who thinks the guys who cover the Flyers are annoying as hell? Tim P is the worst of them all. They are a group of gossip columnists not sports writers. |

He is a terrible goalie (besides that game where the Flyers sniped the poop out of him and he had no chance on any of those goals) and should burn in hell. |

Team in front of him is terrible and honestly, he hasn't been the same since he got run by Lucic. |

No, but they have taken it to an entirely new level with the Bryzgalov situation.
I know hockey is a different beast, but with the way these clowns cover the Flyers I with the Flyers organization handled the media like the Eagles do. Basically give them a big middle finger from the head coach down. |

I think that Panaccio is better than Carchidi and Seravalli. Granted, that might be like saying gangrene is better than AIDS |

The team and JvR may feel differently. The doctors may tell him that he could have surgery on the hip and not be ready in time for playoffs, but can play on it with out risk of further doing damage and play through the playoffs. The team cannot force him to have surgery.
At the end of the day, he still has 22 points in 37 games. He is not as "ineffective" as some people want to make him out to be. - jak521
What are his numbers after getting hurt? The team cant force him to have surgery, but they can say your not playing well enough to give you top 6 minutes. If JVR is left with the option of 4th line or surgery, thenI bet he takes surgery... Even if he wont be ready for the playoffs, its still a better option in the long run. |

I follow Tim P on twitter and I have learned more about his (frank)ing cat that he named Pronger (Pronger the cat) over the past year than I have about the Flyers.
No wonder the papers are struggling, these guys give nothing back at all. They dig for gossip and in doing so just make situations worse.
You know your priorities are (frank)ed up when your naming your cat after players you cover... |

He was injured on 11/3 and on 11/25.
Who can crunch the numbers... What are his goals and assists after 11/3 and after 11/25. Thanks. |

It's getting expensive, now up to 175 a year I think but when I consider the alternative it's easy to go with the slightly less expensive micro beer and make up the difference in a year.
The music stations do the same thing with playing the same groups but they do throw in a bigger variety and there isn't commercials every 15 minutes. |

the fact that you chose not to use the precise # of gms that would skew the stats to make him look better shows what a negative bryz hater you are!

Who has done that? Who has used a precise number of games to skew the stats? |

There's also more channels. If I'm in Philly and I want to hear rock, I basically have WMMR or WMGK...if there's others I don't know them. With my XM, I have 17 or 18 rock channels to choose from. I have about 15 sports channels, including one devoted entirely to pucks. |
