I'm extremely confident the Flyers will hold the Jets under the 7 goals per game average tomorrow night. - PLindbergh31
This (frank)ville reserve has owned the Flyers last few times.
Want that to end tommorow. People here are getting very confident when the Flyers pop up. |

4 games in 6 days against teams the Flyers are 2-6-1 against this year. Playing with a shorthanded lineup. Nashville, and the NYR will be very tough games to win. - PLindbergh31

Lets say, Bryz keeps going at an inconsistent pace.
Do you continue to roll out Bobrovsky after bad games?
They have to pick one guy sooner rather than later. - flyer_nutter
You may have attended Pronger's last game. I believe the last game he played was in Winnipeg, and I think you were at that debacle if I'm not mistaken. |

Souray does nothing for me. I dont think he is that good or worth trading for imo. - stveshdy
Souray has one of the best shots from the point in the league and is somewhat physical. He would probably only need him at a 3rd pair role and he's a bargain at his cap hit. |

I never liked Bouwmeester. Suter is not Bouwmeester redoux. Just keep in mind what he is. He's a better Carle. You like physical, tough Hockey. Suter isn't physical. - MJL
Partly why I dont like giving him that kind of money. He is no Lindstrom and while I have seen grit from Suter I would want a guy who will be paid that kind of money to be able to do a few things.
1. Consistently be able to run the PP.
2. Shut down top players
I dont know if Suter is the kind of d-man they need. To invest that much money for a long contract. Meh. |

They have beaten the Flyers 5 games in a row I believe dating back to their days in Atlanta. Including a 1-0 Mason shutout. |

A game to forget for him. I think he played the next one in Philly though did he not? Where he took the hit up high or what that the game before?
He was brutal in that game in Winnipeg. Exposed. Sad to see. |

Yup so close to 200 bucks for "James and the Giant Peach"! Back when it was still allowed to be in schools. |

He has only 4 goals and 17 points which mostly came in the first 20 games. He has a total of 41 hits. I dont think Souray is that good imo. You may like him but I rather go with what we have now.
5 total PP points. |

Suter is very good on the PP. He's one of the top PP defenseman in the League. Paired with the right guy, could be used as a shutdown pairing.

This is zero point in giving away any assets for rental players this season unless Bryzgalov or Bobrovsky run with the reigns for a longer period of time and show they can hold the team.

Thats the hope.
I fear giving him huge money.
He wont have a chance to play with Weber when he comes here.

The Flyers have posted one shutout in their last 147 games played counting playoffs. That is absolutely mind boggling to me. |

Team defense and goaltending. You almost have to fall into more shutouts by accident, that is mind boggling. |

It defies any type of logic. Like you said you figure they would happen just by accident on occasion. |
