So according to RDS (Damphouse), the new CBA (when signed) could be announced along with a league expansion at the same time. 2 new teams. That would balance the new division they had proposed but the NHLPA did sign the deal. That would make the players happy, balance the new divisions to 8 team in each instead of 2 of 8 and 2 of 7.

So much fun going back to failed American markets.... Other than Minny, will continue to be such a (frank)ing fail.
KC will be a horrid idea. And Seattle has really shown zero interest, from a fans perspective, ownership wants a team to help pay off for a new building of the expected NBA expansion back to Seattle.
