No i said comparables, Tyler Myers and Drew Doughty didn't struggle to get ice time at the world juniors. Both are the exception. D-men don't play in the NHL without developing first.

Seriously, I'm not saying he'll be in the NHL and HAS to be...but at some point, if we got nothing to lose...and Hamilton is not gonna be competitive or a good place to develop him, (frank) it...play him in MTL...

He's better off playing 20+ minutes a game in Hamilton and getting a taste in the NHL, most guys rushed to the NHL don't pan out. Just because you're in the NHL doesn't mean you're going to learn more.
