So Pronger was the Darche of the Flyers room?

No but some players gravitated to him, it did cause a division with the younger group that followed Richards and Carter. The younger players wanted to play a faster paced game, when Pronger is on the ice he slows the game to his pace. He was also very vocal off the ice on what he felt being an NHL player involved. They realized there could only be one real leader so that was why they moved both of the players.
