no you miss the point. the anti-semite driver would not see howard becasue horad would be buying smokes at the shop. The fact that Howdar passed by the shop iwithout going in is what led to this unfortunat set of circumstances.

RIP Ohward.

- dt99999

so the bus driver is stalking the smoke shop waiting for non smoking semites to walk past.

have to guy the credit for his dedication to the cause.

Regardless of what you think of the cap they needed it to get control of the avg salary

Good job of taking an amusing joke and making it one of your own.

While it may be amusing, it's also quite true.

their training facility is there...I think the players prefer that to risking their lives on the Champlain Bridge when it's not necessary.

- stinger67

I realize that's where the facility is, Alex. The reason is it there, is what escapes me.

The salary cap was the worst thing to happen to the NHL.
- mr.peanut

I don't hate it. If anything, I like how it opens up possibilities for trades/signings that don't always include the same 3-4 teams.

That was the main intent, but 7 years after a lock-out over it, players are making more now because of it.

because this guy is so cooperative when it comes to taxes.

Seriously, they have a partnership with the city of Brossard...they helped to build the facility, and the city becomes the sole possessor in 30 years.

maybe but it's more balanced. Bill Guerin would not make 8 million a year in the salary cap era.

No. The way the salaries were escalating they would have been making even more now if the cap wasn't there....at least the higher end players would be.

See what Eller, Kaberle and Leblanc had to say following today's practice in Brossard. HERE --> goha.bs/yHn2Fa

Kaberle: Why the (frank) do we practice in Brossard?

Eller: Why the (frank) do we practice in Brossard?

Leblanc:Why the (frank) do we practice in Brossard?

Fixed.

How bad is Brossard?? One of my coworkers is actually moving there starting next week.

If a team wants to pay a player like him that much, they're stuck paying for him.
