Then Hogan came down and like did the boot and legdrop and somehow won the title.

Hogan was all triple H back then and refused to drop the title for Bret Hart a few times, would only lose the title to his friends aka Macho Man, Hart still hates Hogan for not dropping the title to him after being asked to do so a number of times.
