Anyone else worried about getting completely bullied on Saturday? Without Asham in the line up we don't have much in the way of toughness. Could always bring up Stevie but he is useless. Teams don't come much tougher than Boston. Malkin and Neal are probably going to take a lot of abuse.

It wont be any worse than last night. Toronto played our guys physical, Letang specifically.

Boston plays the right way, they finish their checks. I dont think they are dirty as a general rule, no more dirty than we were during the Cup run anyways.

No I'm not saying they are dirty that isn't my perception of them. I'm saying they are going to bang our guys around a lot and if we don't like it basically what are we going to do about it? That is their attitude and it works. And last night I saw Letang dishing out a lot more than he was taking. Boston just worries me it's going to be one of those games you need the ice tub afterwards

Yup. We are just going to have to hit them whenever the opportunity presents itself. The Pens might not be as tough as Boston as it presently stands, but they arent weak either.

No we are not. Boston really constructed a nice roster of tough physical players with skill. I admire them and want our team to resemble that. We have more skill at the top obviously with Malkin Neal Crosby but they are very balanced every line is a threat when they hit the ice. I honestly wouldn't mind adding a Moen type but I'd prefer an Asham type. Someone who you can put out there and is a threat but is also one to SOB. Wish we had like 4 of those guys on this roster. Also I'd just like to mention how good Vitale looked last night. I love that guy.

I just think we lack some size up front basically. Big bodies make it more difficult to get someone off the puck. When the other team gets physical good to keep feet moving and head up. Seemed like we weren't ready for their game plan of defense. In a 7 game series we would prevail, IMO.

Tiops says the pens have concern with Asham and his second concussion in a year. Don't know if they can count on getting him back. The gist of the article says the Pens seem to have a roster of mostly the same type of player.....especially the depth players. Move past the fist line and Staal and they basically have smallish forwards at the depth positions.....pretty much what most of us have said this year.

I like Vitale too. He was noticeable during his call-up last year. I couldn't believe they chose not to use him against Tampa. Not that I think he's going to become a scoring machine, but I think he deserves a little more ice time.....maybe over a guy like Park. I like his tenacity.

I hope Engo can play against Boston. Our D got roughed up last night.

The Simpsons arcade game is coming to PSN and Xbox Live tomorrow. I remember pumping a good amount of quarters into that one.

Oh without a doubt I think we'd beat them in 5.

I like where Burke has them headed though.
