you get it philco! he's alot more useful than bickell, frolik, and even brunette on that line. this other guy wants to see john scott on the kings, darryl sutter is the perfect coach for a guy like john scott.he likes the physical in your face play! not this (excuse the language) khunt shlit that this team plays ! they get out hit 2 out of 3 games all the time and they also do alot of ego fluffing for opposing goalies in their post game interviews!
loosing carcillo hurt more than people want to admit, Q had him playing with a purpose and with 19&88. that line was okay. i'm not convinced his hit was all intentional, i think he lost his balance while both players were going for the puck! but all the bashers piled on the kid right away. sounds like Q wants to give him another shot next year providing he's healthy! 2-0 hawks!! sharpie!

Nice hit by Hjalmarsson, Kruger is great in the corners. Not sure if I approve of Smyth in the paint there, but I don't think Crawford would have been back anyways. Hjalmarrson out of position on that play.

Ogie..i know you despise Shapie, Scott and the only coach to win a Cup in Chicago in 50 years and that is your opinion...and i respect it. But, i'm not a John Scott hater. He is obviously a very poor hockey player, but when he has played at forward, he's been ok. If he was just asked to stand in front of the net a few times a period and create screens, he could be yes....useful.

A center also needs to win faceoffs and board battles, neither of which I've seen Morrison do. I just think he's too slow to win races and make the plays necessary to help that line maintain puck possession for extended periods of time.

agree with eddie o! barkers check was a good hockey check, same with bickell"s(far and few between!) but mr. bettman has instructed the refs to pucci up this sport as much as possible! neither of those hits were penalties!!

So Bickell tries to be physical and he takes a penalty. This, right after another ineffective PP. Yikes.

To say the least, the way CC has been, Emery will be in the nets tomorrow night in CGY. Then with several days off it should be interesting who gets the call the game after.

The faceoffs could definitely improve, but Kruger isn't the answer in that department, at least not yet. Marian Hossa needs no help in puck possession. If he wants it, he has it. But certainly Krugers ability in the corners might help there.

I'll take Bickells hit there, if he had been 2 more feet away from the boards, it would have been clean.

At least the Bulls won tonite. 3-2 Oil.
