Such as continuing to rely on Crawford. Last night, I gave credit where credit was due. I said he played well, but I'd like to see some consistency from him. Well, I've now seen it. He is consistent in giving up soft goals that suck the life out of this team. That first goal was absolute garbage. You simply cannot give that up. You're up 2-0, controlling the game and then you give up a goal like that and give the opposing team all the momentum. On that second goal, it took him a light year to get up off his knees. He has to be one of the slowest goaltenders in recovering from a prone position that I can remember seeing. Doesn't matter who you have on defense. If your goalie is going to give up those types of goals, you're not gonna win a lot of games. Does anyone feel confident in Crawford out dueling Rinne or Elliott or Niemi in the playoffs? If Emery does not start tomorrow night - and assuming he plays well - for the next several games, then I have to really question what the hell Q is thinking.

Scott playing tonight is something that . . . well . . . I can't even think of the words to explain my disgust with this "insanity"

Finally, the power play is an absolute F'n joke right now. No rhythm, no flow, no plan on what they want to accomplish . . . NOTHING! It's actually painful to watch their power play.

This is a huge third period for this team. I don't want to get dramatic or sound over the top, but if they lose this game, it could be a serious, serious blow to this team.

Even if they come back this team as it stands is ready for a second half meltdown. Too many wasted roster spots. Too many guys playing too many minutes. The d stinks, Crawford looks like Huet, the PK stinks, and the power play can't get a goal when they need one. How many times does this team whiff on one timers etc. awful.
