Understandable.. i dont want to see Bailey traded.. But if it came down to Josh, PAP or Franz getting traded... id pick Josh (Assuming PAP & Franz are signed)

Question? any one know the status of Anders Lee. Great prospect who is going to be a stud who we will loose like backman. I though after the first of the year we could get him signed. Does anyone know anything regarding his status. He will be a huge blow to this organization he he can just walk away.

Can't sign him until he's ready to leave school, like any college player. It's not like juniors. I'm not sure if he's eligible for that loophole garbage. I think we're safe with Nelson, not sure about Lee.

I know brock is safe, and I do know we are not safe with Anders Lee. I believe he is eligible for the College loop hole. This will be a disaster if he gets to slip to another team. If he decides to stay all four years we loose his right? or do I have it wrong.

Don't know the actual rule but there was an interview with his college coach and he said "it also isn’t a coincidence that the relationship is very strong between Anders and the Islander organization.”

He does not seem to be. I think PA needs to be signed unless the Isles get a big piece in return. No way we can trade him for picks or prospects. Garth has some tough calls to make.

Trade deadline will be very interesting especially if the Isles are in striking distance.

I am looking forward to see the game tonight against Sabres. About Parentau, I think he is the real deal and I would love to see him resigned for three years tops. He earned it. He's a playmaker but would attempt to score when necessary. Nielsen, I don't see any reasons why we need to hold on to him. Yes I have heard good things about him but he doesn't impress me this year. I would love to see Islanders trade Nielsen for a defensive player. God knows we need one. Let's go Islanders! .500 baby!
