i admit i like quiznos. they constantly change the menu with new things, too. - hammarby31
I'm a Quiznos guy too. They changed the bread up here a few ago which I didn't really care for, but I usually go with the whole wheat anyways. Toasted does taste better. But I have to agree with PlInd and O&B in that a REAL deli sandwich is tops. Just so hard to find them nowadays. Actually, the deli dept in our local Safeway makes a decent sandwich. They don't skimp on the meat and the toppings are fresh. |

Nah it's better to eat processed meat, on a stale roll, then have a quality sandwich like grilled chicken breast with fresh mozz, roasted peppers, and balsamic. - PLindbergh31
Well, you're not talking about Blimpie or Subway. So I'm guessing Quiznos? I don't mind them either, but it's still not a hoagie. And you have to have fresh Amaroso rolls for a good one of those. |

Thats ridiculous. I dont see the NYG getting beat that bad. I was thinking this game is going to be close. Either team can win Sunday...going to come down to were games are always won, at the line. |

My dealie holds the bigger mugs, but the coffee packs(k-cups) don't produce as stong a brew when the mug is bigger. Only notice it on some kinds, though. - Jsaquella
Yeah, you'll need to experiment. I started out buying the med roast pods and using just one pod per cup. I'm now buying the dark roast and breakfast blend and using one of each per cup. A dash of nonfat and a half spoon of Splenda "baking" substitute and I'm good to go. |

If the New York Rangers wanted to acquire Ryan Smyth, he would seriously consider waiving his no-trade clause, according to a New York Post source.

Venti nonfat six-pump chai, stirred. - bodiva88
I worked at a Starbucks in Bethesda, MD when I was younger (got myself totally hooked on caffeine, but that is a different story) and it would piss me off to no end when some snooty sot would come in and ask for a specific number of pumps and a specific temperature on a drink...and probably 40% of the time they'd come back and complain about it even though it was exactly the same as the one you made for them yesterday. Two weeks after I gave my notice, on my last day there, I made sure every (frank)ing snootster who I knew as a regular complainer got a sub-par drink served with a side of (frank) you One guy, who was a regular douche, wouldn't move his chair about a one foot to the left when I was trying to politely clean the condiment bar (even when I carefully pointed out he was also sitting in the way of customers trying to use said bar) so I told him straight up that I thought he was a "rude complaining female dog" in those exact words (well exact before the filter ). He got flustered and spluttered that he was going to call corporate and get me fired...the most satisfying moment came when I smiled and said "go ahead, the number is there on the wall, but today is my last day". Other customers who knew me and him started laughing out loud.
Now Bodi, I ain't saying you're anything like this. Your "six pump" bit just reminded me of that experience. Don't forget to tip your barista |
