I don't know if Laviolette said something to Voracek and Couturier from the bench but I wasn't impressed with watching the 2 players trying to make a line change, while everyone was in the neutral and while we have the puck. You knew the play was going to go the other way the moment we tried to pause the game there.

they've had precisely 2 good shifts the entire period 17 minutes. both were simmonds line. they're sleepwalking and the devils came to play. outnumbering them on the puck in almost every single situation. it's a (frank)ing joke these guys start so many games like this, especially at home.

Well, Kimmo's penalty was just a brain fart, so I'd call that playing poorly. Coburn's hook was a bit weak, but in general lots of hooking penalties result from a player not working hard enough to get better position and having to hook their check.

I'd have to agree that the Flyers lack jump, and are not matching the Devil's intensity, effort, or physical play. They are definitely not playing their best.
