The music is there for sure, maybe a little over the top in some songs, but definitely rocking. It's the lyrics and Roth's voice that aren't doing anything for me. Just sounds a little too forced or disjointed at times.

I think we should focus on getting suter via free agency. Screw a big trade right now, the timing just seems off. Get LSchenn if you can for a roster player but overturning the roster for someone right now just isn't feasible. Imagine if we could get Schenn now inexpensively and then Suter Free agency, oh mamma!

There's a few songs that seem a little disjointed, but overall, I'm happy with it. It's a solid rock album. No keyboards, no Love Odes.

Weber hasn't made Nashville a serious Cup contender. And I believe with what we would have to give up to get him, we would be more Nashville in the aftermath.

Well yes, that alone makes it a mini triumph unto itself. I'll reserve judgement until later this week.

I haven't looked but does anyone know if the Flyers are done playing the rangers on weekend afternoons? It's clearly not this team's best time to play and i know we have Detroit coming up on an afternoon

My bigger worry is building the D through the draft. Its always such a crapshoot and the Flyers wont have a top 10 pick.

To get it they will have to give up quality regardless. I know they got a stud in Giroux late.

However... I have fear in hoping for #1 d-men with late round picks. Especially with this organization.

If the Flyers are trading JVR or any of the top young guys they better be sure they are getting a great player in return.

Jack Johnson. Is inconsistent in EFFORT and has a questionable attitude.

The team started a move this summer to move away from guys like that.

Mark Giordano might be available in the off-season. Decent fill in if the Flyers arent willing to give up the pieces for a guy like Weber.
