He may have been listed as that, but there is NO WAY he was that.

The night they played against the Red Wings, it was amazing how many Wings jerseys there were at the Bell Center. - Pecafan Fan
... I would argue that that is always going to happen. Montreal is a great city. The idea of making a road trip to go see your team play the Habs is pretty enticing. |

Even the Leafs legacy is passed down, somewhat, but that is diminishing.
The cup in 1993 helps keep the Habs legacy going. The danger is there though that the legacy will quickly fade into ancient history and will stop being "passed down". I see that happening with the Leafs. - GoneFullRetard
I don't think it is. It never will, IMO. |

I was listening to ron last night, the question was, aside from Price, Pacioretty and Cole, who on this team would you see being still here in three years?...well a lot of he callers said Darche.

Since he returned from his injury I'd say he's been working his tail off. I'll give him that much, its not translating into points but he's not the on ice mess he was in the 1st half of the season or last year for that matter. - Pie
Well if he really is putting in the effort, then eventually there should be some results. We have Kulemin (not comparable in many ways, I know)... he has been busting his tail all season and has just been ridiculously snakebit. |

I think that with each passing generation, the passion and the memory of the tradition becomes a little less.
I was 3 when the Leafs won the cup. When my generation passes away, there will won't be any Leafs fans alive who remember a cup win.
It is tough to foster a feeling of a "winning tradition" in those circumstances. |

I hope for his sake it does, but Engels isn't far off when he suggests the team is mired in a psychological fit. I think he gets that you just have to work harder through it but not sure that it will be enough. He has to know that he's gonna get Reddened. |

Did you actually say you want to keep Darche on as a consultant / scout? - RENATO6
You could answer that question by yourself, by going on the previous page monkey. |
