Yes his concussion is bad but even Lindros came back after that vicious Stevens hit which was after other multiple concussions. I'd really hate to write him off completely right now.

Furthermore my gut tells me he gives it one more attempt because he is an oldschool player. I truly believe he feels more bad about letting us down than anything because he's one of those old world warrior types. Yes he's had a heckuva career but remember Dennis Quaid's character in Any Given sunday? Those type of guys won't let an injury do them in without one last go at strapping up and getting out there. Even lappy admitted lying to the Doctors so he could play. Pronger is no different.

I have no doubt we AT LEAST see Pronger make a go at it during training camp.

Im of the frame of mind that if we can get a cheaper veteran d=man for a pick or a minor leaguer go for it. But dealing JVR, Schenn, Cooter, Voracek, etc etc etc is not the way I go unless you are getting a younger guy who will be here for a while in return.

Well if anyone tries to shoot you for that statement I got your back. I believe that Suter is a better player then Carle in a number of areas. But not that much better. So the question is, is he 2M better? Now the Flyers could potentially do a UFA deal with the standard front load and low number on the back end, to lower the AAV.

My only question is that there are rumors of things such as term limits, new accounting practices for HRR, which could lower the Upper Limit. So what's the time table for the new CBA negotiations. How can teams sign UFA's if they don't know what is going to be changed, if any.

In 8 appearances (1 being a relief performance) Bryz has given up more than one goal twice (both for 4 goals). I really do believe he's coming around. U don't go that many games only giving up more than one goal twice in this league by being a sieve. If he's playing like that come playoff time that should have us one or two games out of a conference finals.
