Hopefully it's only a one game deal. If the Wings beat the Ducks at the Joe tomorrow night, the Flyers will be trying to prevent a Wings 20 game home winning streak. One which I believe would tie the NHL record.

Some understand that. I know I haven't navigated to Philly.com or csnphilly.com, and I don't follow them on the social media. I'm just displeased that they're the ones with the closest and most exclusive access. And I think there are a number of others who do the same.

That said, you're right: If you're consuming the media they provide, even to fuel protest against, you're only helping them.

I have a feeling the trade deadline is going to be kinda boring, there doesn't appear to be many sellers. Maybe that will change in the next two weeks.

On this date 17 years ago, the Leclair/Desjardins/Recchi trade was made. Time sure does fly by. Doesn't seem like that long ago.
