I have grown a healthy amount of dislike for that BOS team. I understand the reluctance to take on that contract. But I don't think a team will regret it. Terrible year for him but he is worth under 6 in the right situation IMHO. I hope he goes out West so we don't have to play him to much. - coffee junkie
yeah, if he plays in the East, he'll undoubtedly be the next Flyer-killer. |

Here's a good indicator whether the guy is legitimate or not. He says the Bruins don't currently have the Cap space to take on Carter. Well according to Capgeek, the Bruins can currently take a full Season Cap hit of around 9M. And that increases to 13M at the deadline. Which is more then enough Cap space. So take that into consideration. - MJL
Another good way to sniff out frauds is to follow rumor mongers. If a so called insider is repeating what they say verbatim, then you know he's just a fraud.
Somebody here posted Manayunk Mike's blog, and it was literally cut and pastes from Incarcerated Bob, Hockey Break(who is apparently a fraud himself, 17 year old kid posing as a scout) and a dude named HockeyyInsiderr. |

According to TSN the NHL is checking into having an outdoor game in Winnipeg. In particular January or February.

Yeah, watched it too. I expect, the wings will destroy us Sunday night to tie the record. We'd need a monumental effort from our tender to compete. |

We'd best start Bacashihua. He's never lost to the Wings in a Flyers Jersey. Keep that streak going... |

Is he worth following? just curious, I personally don't want to follow someone making a name for himself by getting locked up for something dumb like "assualting a New England Patriot Fan after Superbowl XLII" Thank you Wikipedia |

Haha...love the "You've been touched by the fist of God" line.
Maybe that's why Simmonds is such a beast? Has he been touched by the FOG too? We know Shelley hasn't (although he certainly has been touched by the fists of every other NHL fighter, so he's got that going for him).

the movie doesn't look that good but it might be entertaining being a hockey fan
there could be a few good laughs to be had |

I follow a bunch of rumor type folks, just to see what is being said. More for infotainment purposes than anything. I figure I can always unfollow if I don;t like what they put down |
