You of all people should know Carle will never be a 1-2 defenseman.
I'm sick of you belittling what anyone else thinks just because its different from your opinion, which you treat as fact, and then look to argue over. I'm trying to think of a way to put this that won't get me banned again. Oh well. Some one else can deal with it. - hereticpride
Why should I know that Carle will never be a 1-2 defenseman? I'm willing to put the facts on the table and discuss it. So why will Carle never be a #2 defenseman? I can make a legitimate case right now that he already is. |

Bieksa, erhoff, edler - Flyers4Life88
Sorry. Play again. Edler is coming on though. May get to "true" No. 2 status soon enough. |

I do not include my self in that group of fans.
I will say if he comes cheap enough that I wouldn't mind him I suppose but he isn't on my wish list. |

Alot of the want is biased I think. He was with us for the cup runs a few years back. |

Not sure where this mention of him being a TDL piece is coming from. What about Snider or Homer makes you think that the Flyers would ever make a move that weakens them for the current year's playoff run? Carle would not go anywhere unless they were receiving a defenseman of equal or greater value, simply put. He could be traded at the draft, but will barely fetch you a draft pick. He'll be here to stay. - steelydan
If you say so. Anyone can be traded and nobody wants to lose a player for nothing especially when they're a pending UFA. In my opinion Carle has value for a team looking for defensive help and a real run at the cup. I never proposed what Carle should be traded for, I'm wondering what could be had for Carle. |

how many trades have been made one the boards today? Have we sold the farm and gotten rid of everyone yet? Did Lavy get fired? Do we still have all of our draft choices? |

Why not just offer Carter's Sea Isle house for a week for the line that scores the cup winning goal? |

Hilarious. Ask Buffalo how the Ehrhoff signing is working out. Bieksa and Hamhuis are reasonable 3-4 guys playing on a very good team. We were talking "true" No. 1 and 2's. Get real. |

I can give you plenty of reasons why they keep losing. Would you consider them excuses?

I'm content with losing to the two best teams in the NHL on back-to-back nights. |
