Who said we are re-building? Re-tooling maybe, but we have as much shot to win the cup as anyone.

We are 2nd in the league in scoring, and Bryzgalov is a top 10 goalie, he just has to start playing that way. If we get a defenseman that can bang bodies and clear the net, and maybe one that can move the puck, then I would hate to be the team that has to face us in the playoffs. If Bryz gets his game back, which it looks like he has over the last 8 games... Then this team is a cup contendor IMO.

May be a bit premature but there is a huge kid in the 2012 draft that could be available to draft on D and gets a good write up by all the scouts I could find. Forget his name but he was a 6'5" kid.

my last words about the bullcrap rinaldo suspension. had he been any other player in the nhl that hit would have gone unpenalized, completely unpunished.

I would definitely go after suter

a legit 1 number dman is what this team is missing and due to the poor options this off season barring a trade we need to get him

I would love Nash on this team just as the next guy, but not for that hit. I would really love to see this for the playoffs
