Scott was really a help tonight....what about 4 TOI! I hardly saw him and when I did he was runnng back to the bench!!

A tragic goalie miss: stop the plucking puck - went between his legs, hit off of him.

Bad play by Keith, worse by Emery. Preds made plenty of mistakes leading to good Hawk chances - Rinne let in fewer than Emery.

Summarizes the season, but especially this trip. How many times have the Hawks lost due to great goaltending...and lost due to their average/poor goaltending?

Makes for a frustrating year.

He can't let that in with less than 6 minutes left - I don't care if Keith deflected it - HE CAN'T LET THAT IN!!!

Totally agreed. Not once this year has either goalie won a game for them...yet how many times have they allowed weak goals that have killed momentum and cost them victories.

I wonder how deflating this loss has to be for the team. They basically outplayed, outshot, and out-chanced the Preds for most of the game. Yet they still find themselves behind in the third. They battle back to tie it and then lose it like that and leave without even 1 point.

The Hawks can take away from this that they deserved the W and were unfortunate and hopefully can build something off of that. However, on the flip side, psychologically they may be questioning if they will win another game in 2012.

The same thing they do when all of the starters are in - play 2 and 7 for 30 minutes every night.

Scott was on forward, so not impacting the D tonight.

hrm, right about now i would feel more optimistic throwing a donkey in net with some pads stuck it's legs with bubblegum and a stick in it's mouth.

Not only are the Hawks not getting much clutch tending, they really aren't scoring much, and certainly few if any big goals.

Did anyone think they would tie this game up after the late Pred tally?
