How long before the first woman is allowed to play a game (as a skater)?
Once they eliminate hitting for good and get everyone in mandatory cages, it should be a fairly easy transition.

psssf. never. my Uni had one of the better womens teams in CIS and it looked like they were skating with skate guards on. Bantam hockey is significantly faster. |
