Like I said, we HOLD a playoff spot in mid feb, and we're getting help from out of town, unlike last year. I know I'd prematurly blew my wad there, but the fact is that going into this stretch this is a position we haven't held post-lockout.

What will be the deal-maker is the trade deadline. We need Reimer(or possibly Gusti) to steal us a clean two point next week vs WSH. I'm convinced FLA wins the southeast, so really we just need to keep the Caps at bay.

The deadline can change that dynamic immensly, but they followed up last night
