How about stop giving the government all our money, all our corporation's money, so they can "decide" the best way to spend OUR money.
Our governement was founded for 1 reason. To protect us from FOREIGN invasion. Not to make endless laws, not to provide for struggling citizens... Be rebelled against a system that TAXED the hell out of us, only to find ourselves at the mercy of another governement doing the same... I cant believe that HALF of my salary has to go for state and federal taxes.. HALF... And what the hell is it being spent one... well my step sister uses her medicade to get botox injections in her armpits because she sweats alot... And my neighbors daughter got 7 free abortions.... I'm sooo glad I was able to help with that.... - RooNosHockey
wrong - government is formed to organize society first and foremost - to protect us from each other. |

The name hockey comes from the French word “hoquet”, which is a shepherd’s crook.
* Originally, games were played with 9 players on a side.

Shepherd vs. Goatlenders was the first game. A spelling error led to the second team being called the Goaltenders.
Also, the sheep were the only spectators. "Baaing" at the players eventually evolved into booing. |

You know how many CFC's are used to produce 1 battery for a Prius? - RooNosHockey
The technology isn't perfect. On the plus side, the batteries you mention can be recycled. The carbon footprint of a hybrid is significantly lower than that of a standard petrol burner. Thanks for underscoring my point in my previous post. |

On a Canadian two dollar bill, the flag flying over the Parliament building is an American flag. |

hahaah I was just about to say.. It makes it even worse that he edited it.
Check this out though:
After the deflating weekend, fans are up in arms spewing vitriol hate and possibly unwarranted criticism.
Case in point, during a Sunday afternoon commute I tuned into the local sports radio station—94.1 WIP.
During that show I personally heard a caller go off about how Bryzgalov blew the game against the Rangers Saturday and elaborated on his $81 million contract. Hopefully I don't have to explain what's wrong with that sentiment.
The host did correct the caller on the salary (his contract is $51 million) but failed to correct him about Bryzgalov not even being in net Saturday due to the Flu. |

That site is a (frank)ing joke. How do those writers stay employed? They had a list of the 25 most infamous cheapshots in sports that included such hockey highlights as Hunter pasting Turgeon and of course Bertuzzi rearranging Moore's spinal column, but number 1 on the list was McSorely hitting "Brashir" in the head. Who the (frank) is "Brashir"? You'd think that if you know of the incident and want to call it your #1 cheapshot, you'd at least know how to spell the name of, arguably one of the top enforcers of his time, especially with enforcers and fighting being a topic your site likes to drag through the muck for hits quite often. |

Let me get this straight about Kubina:
Not great defensively: check
Not physical: check
Dreadful on pp last two years: check
Sounds like everything Flyers need. Let's trade that 2nd rounder! |
