the fact that Shelly still plays in the NHL, just gives hope to poopty kids with no talent across the world.

If we were going for a younger UFA (which IMHO is a good call) I was hoping for Allen since I think his ceiling is a bit higher. That said, I'm happy with Grossman for this year because the cost was minimal and he has the tools to be what we need. Good work Homer, wish this deal got done a week ago before the NYR and DET game but I am happy with it before the deadline.
