Jagr is struggling no question about it. He still is too skilled to be held off the score sheet for that long. I just wonder if his body will allow him to stay in the lineup more often down the stretch and in the playoffs.

Some of that probably hinges on his playoff performance. But for the most part, I still agree with what you say here.

Nagging groin injury has plagued him for the better part of 6 weeks. When he was signed I questioned how he would hold up over the course of 82 games. Unfortunately the answer is not well. He was very solid for 25-30 games, since his play has fallen off a cliff. Father time has caught up to him. Happens to everyone not named Lidstrom.
