Pretty crazy Day.

7-2 Beating over the Sabers. I think this is the 2nd time this season I told myself that Giroux wouldn't be able to get a 4 point game again before a game. Today he gets a 5 point game. Simmonds becomes a first time 20 goal scorer and Gus scores his first NHL goal. I'm really excited that we finally get the Dman we needed in Nicklas Grossman. Things are exciting right now.

Down side of it all. Jagr, Briere and Sestito get hurt. Rinaldo is suspended. Sheesh!

They will have to play better Saturday against the Pens. They cant afford to play a bad period of hockey like tonight and expect to win. Im very happy how they played tonight after the first period. Dominated Buffalo.

Briere is so fragile (at times) . He usually is very good at avoiding a hit but not this time. It looked like he might have injured his hip but then I noticed his head was rocked when he had to fix his helmet.
