You are right Marc but I fear that Danny is really heading for a downhill spiral. I sure hope he can bounce back like he did when hooked up with Leino and Hartnell. Sure funny how Leino and Briere clicked and now are lost without each other. Danny seems to be getting killed out their lately.
Sure hope the flyers remain patient with Voracek. He is fruatrating at times but if he ever grows a pair and becomes more consistent he could be a top scorer and a perfect addition for Roo once Jagr is gone.

I don't think Bryzgalov plays past year 5, personally. Not here. We'll see.

Bob could very well take over as the starter. The best goalie will play, bottom line. What happens to Bryz at that point is anyones guess.

Sign him for two years and by that time I think he will show his true colors. These long term deals like JVR , Briere, Pronger, Bryz etc seem to bite ya in the balls for some reason.

Yeah, it is just a hockey game and no big deal. That being said if the flyers lose I may have to take a drive down Endall Road

I don't mind trading Bob, if Bryz is going to be the future of this team, but I don't do it now. I would wait until I have a better #2 option than Leighton or Bacash. Further, even if we could get a serviceable backup this year, I'm not interested. Doubt you get a better backup goalie back in a trade. Bryz has struggled. He may right the ship but he might not. Bob is a known quantity and would be my pick to take the reigns.

Totally agree and he will be the first goalie to score a goal this year. He has come so close lately once missing by about a foot on one. He shoots the puck as well as anyone in the league including RDP and Marty. He is finally realizing his potential and I also think Tippet is the best coach in the NHL as he seems to get the best out of everyone.

if i ever got to that stage, i'd either go with 13, 25, or 80. 13 is the reverse, pelle wore 25 with the swedish national team, and 80 is the year i became a hockey and flyers fan.
