Would suck to lose grabo but bernier is a goalie with potential no doubt.. i'd like to see the monster go back the otherway in that kinda deal though. we need to play a goalie consistantly. this roating stuff works for some goalies but these goalies need to play.. gusto is a goalie that gets hot and reimer as well. Both lack confidence right now.

We need size in the top 6 but man penner is in the doghouse from what i hear.. what would make him turn it around here in toronto..

Moen is a player the Kings could really use. I know it doesnt really solve our scoring issue. But non the less he is the type of warrior this team needs. Not sure how comfty id be trading Bernier for a UFA. I could see Grabo playing with richards.

And Det isnt going after Sanford. Det is set in goal. No way Nashville goes after Kostitsyn.

6 goals, 8 assists in 34 games. I don't think it would be hard to send an upgrade over that. Not trying to be smart, but he has had a sh*tty year and he is a pending RFA that you can't afford to resign. Then again, we wouldn't have the cap room for him either.

The kings will still need a back up goalie. If the kings deal Bernier they will likely be seeking some sort of goalie in return.

Perhaps that's what's holding up the Nash to TO, perhaps Columbus wants Reimer & Burkey is waiting to get Bernier b4 he drops his BIG BOMB for Nash.

It is a WELL KNOWN fact that any deal for Nash, the Jackets want a potential #1 goalie in return. We all know no one sees Gus as a future #1.
