I defintiely think Bernier would be the cheaper of the two, but Schneider appears to have more upside.

I have to believe that Schneider's #'s would undergo a bit of a "correction" when he is no longer playing behind the #1 PP (22.1%), the #6 PK (86.2%) and one of the most potent offenses in the league and argueably the weakest division in the league, the Northwest.

I don't think the Canucks will trade Schneider until the next CBA is finalized. I think they'll wait to see if there's some sort of buy-out option included.

Kulemin is just about the only leaf forward with some physical edge AND offensive ability. He'll bounce back next season. I would rather give up Schenn.

... but I don't really them to trade for Nash anyway. It will end up being a big overpayment.
