It was unreal. I guess he didn't realize there was bricks beneath the padding.

Columbus has to be getting more than Jack Johnson for Carter right?

- PLindbergh31

1st round pick supposedly... CBJ also wants another player. Kings first rounder could still be a pretty good pick, so it's pretty close to what the Flyers got for him (again, depending on what that 1st rounder really becomes).

Maybe Wides can help Richards remember what it's like to score a goal.

Looks like JJ and a 1st for Carts
- Jsaquella

LA's first rounder figures to be around middle of the pack. Jackets just got Carter, amazing he has found a way to sulk his was out of town after playing 40 games.

So essentially Columbus gave up Voracek, a top 10 pick, that turned out to be Couturier, for Jack Johnson and a mid first rounder.

Awful. Howson is a super clown.

How, that's it? We should be able to get Nash for a 1rst, MAB, read. Columbus can't haggle. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yZ9EJIvi8PU

I really liked the design, but the ones that were made are such crapola quality. And I can't believe how many people bought them, only to have them not be the WC jerseys.

The designs looked far superior to the finished products.

Well, obviously Howson really misjudged how Carter would take the whole thing, which has to be forcing his hand here somewhat. Moving Carter so quickly after obtaining him for less than you gave up to get him has to stem from Carter being unhappy or whatever. Otherwise it makes little sense.

Still, the Kings could crash and the first could turn into a top 10 that CBJ is getting back.

It could just be the camera, but the POS in that picture just looks like somebody forgot to wash it using Tide for cold water.

That is pretty painful, I can't believe Columbus ownership is letting Howson try to clean up the mess he created, simply amazing.

Considering the way Carter has moped, Howson did the best he could in that return.

I'm not a big Johnson fan, but, yes, it's not a bad return.

I've seen them in person. The fabric is chintzy. Too light weight and kind of shiny. It looks really bad. If done with authentic jersey quality goods, they'd be pretty cool, I think.

It would be interesting if the Flyers wore those and played the Habs who wore these...
