He gets himself a sponsorship and a CTV gig and then he is a somebody and forgets who got him there, you know when his blog was at the bottom of the page and a post was a post and it helped, then all of a sudden the posts had to be clean and not of scantly clad women. Pffffft some guys get awful self righteous once money is involved.

Yikes. I could never be like that. I'm a bit of a sarcastic bumhole, sure, but I've always felt that it's important to remember where it all began. I'm forever grateful to guys like B.D Gallof -- the ole Islanders blogger on here -- that gave me my first writing gig, back when I covered the offensively disastrous 2009-10 Boston Bruins. Good guy.

I was always kind of partial to if you threw a rock in the habs dressing room no matter who it hit, they would all be captain material. I believe that is the 1st day i realized indeed that i could blow snot bubbles out my nose.
