I couldn't be happier about today so far. I think the Flyers should stand pat unless it is a deal for a defensive veteran forward for a pick or a minor leaguer.

All the other stuff will be just gravy.

Thats impossible to do when you have absolutely zero cap space...you cant take on more salary and we also have no more contracts to use..were at the max on both...contract and salary has to go the other way.so likely the only we we trade with someone is contract $ for $ , so what does that really accomplish...nothing I think.

It's going to take a frustration or panic move to start the traffic. Teams have three or four irons in the fire, as soon as plan A is gone, then plan B's start dropping like flies...happens almost every year
