This feels like those 50 lap races around the track at the Olympics where everyone is basically jogging really nonchalantly for 49 laps and finally someone decides the start running and everyone follows.

He's UFA though. I'm sure if he plays well Gillis looks to re-sign him to a 1-2 year deal. He's got fellow Swedes to talk with.

Maybe he's familiar with the real estate prices here.
