Oh shut up, NSH clearly overpaid for Gaustad who was a much more wanted player than AK. - QuebecPride
Ya, see this is the problem QP, if we had a GM with a clue, he would have overpaid for AK46. |

Hey @commie22, don't feel bad you only got dealt for a 7th rounder. The way Detroit drafts they'll probably turn that into a hall of famer.

What a waste of time this deadline was, I feel bad for the people who actually took a day off work - Traceur
wait for it. tsn will say that it was the most watched trade dealine day ever.
for habs fans, the bright side is that carolina and the islanders didn't weaken themselves today. last place in the conference is still ours to lose. |

Nice to see them give more for Gaustad then we got for AK46, PG is (frank)ing horsepoop. - shinebox
I think it's more likely that Nashville overpaid for Gaustad than Nashville underpaid for Kostitsyn.

whoa.... looks like Burkie is setting up a big move for draft day. wouldn't be surprised if the Nash talk is just a diversion and his real target is Malkin.
edit: do it Burkie! - dt99999

Dude, I won't bother looking but I'm sure Gaustad had more points than AK in the last 10 games.

this, many times over.
edit: Seriously, I don't even want to watch the rest of this year. We all know that if there's one bust pick within the top 5 this year, we're getting that player. This organization just doesn't give a poop and why should it, it's not like they'll stop making money by putting a poopty product on the ice... - kev1586

But they also overpaid for Gill, so really this was PG not doing his work properly in Kostitsyn's case. Poile should have needed to overpay. |

They are already having trouble to sell all the tickets after one bad season, can't see this go on forever. |
