I said Bournival will be in the NHL before Gallagher.
Kristo has never been involved in those debates newf. - QuebecPride
I honestly don't know. I would not be surprised to see Gallagher start the year with the Habs next season barring injuries or big acquisitions. |

Mine too howie mine too, although i missed the 70's cups, or was too young to remember them anyways. - shinebox
Those were the early ones for me too - the early 70s. But by mid to late, when they won the 4 in a row, it was pleasant. |

Yeah I don't really follow this thread that often but I realise most Habs fans are very fickle and/or stupid. - Apples

For this very reason:
CHL >>>>>>> NCAA
That simple. - Apples
For development I agree. I'm just saying don't base your opinion on reports only, as some old sage around here once said... watch the games.
Bennett will be a stud. Has a bigger offensive potential than all 3 of Dietz, Ellis and Tinordi while not being a liability by any mean in his own zone. Puck carrying ability, speed, smooth skating. All he needs is a few pounds added on his frame and he's ready for Pro hockey.

I mean aside from Timmins and his huge boner for the USHL and the USNDT
most teams have more scouts in the CHL than in the states. - QuebecPride
I understand, but a more apt comparison would be guys from their draft years and their development. Instead of 18 year old guys against 22 and 24 year old guys. |

Me neither if he has a strong training camp besides who else is making it as a forward? Kristo maybe? Id rather see Gallagher spend a full year in Hamilton on the top line rather then in Montreal on the bottom 6 or the press box. |

That's not how it works in Montreal. Young players who want to play for the team must spend at least half the season travelling between Montreal and Hamilton. |
