Serious? I've supported this team for going on 50 years. I was around to see the last Cup. I was around when they had a decent team in the 1970's. Saw the terrible 80's pass by with little to cheer about. Saw the mid 90's. Was in the stands in Ottawa, during the "Bless You Boys" game. Saw every Leafs/Habs matchups in both cities, in the 70's, 80's and 90's. I listened to what Burke was saying when he got hired. It made sense but he didn't implement what he had promised. You remember the truculence speech? Remember the speech about Toronto being the Vatican of hockey? OK, the trades, the promise not to tank and ended up losing a top draft pick in his first year. His miscalculation of that first year roster and this year's roster have been very grave miscalculations. Do any logical Leafs fans really believe that this roster moving forward will win any more games than they did this year? It's already reached as far as it's capable and will probably fall backwards, next year. Burke = Fail
