i honestly think either getzlaf, staal (eric) or galchenyuk will be on this team next year. adam is a waste of a player if he's going to be on the 4th line, he could get traded over the summer.

I think Adam's goal should be to put on 5 to 10 pounds next year and strive to be a 4th line center with some grit. He will have a good size, be very cheap and he does have a great offensive upside to him.

i agree that goose lacked sticking up for miller when it was most important, but so did everyone else on the ice at that time and on the team, so i dont see any reason to blame him fully for that

I guess he came into Buffalo to get a physical and equipment, and then will head to Anaheim to meet the team.......alledgedly

According to WGR, he's in Buffalo today for a physical, so they would have to charter him out to Anaheim, which I'm guessing Terry Pegula would. If this were the Golisano era, they'd probably fly him commercial, and since no commercial flights go anywhere to California directly out of Buffalo, that might suck.

getzlaf would be great but i think its a pipe dream. if he is moved, id bet were talking roy, buf 1st and 2 big name prospects (pysyk, armia?), based solely on what columbus is asking for nash. getzlaf might be even more valuable than nash based on his more reasonable cap hit

maybe stafford will feed off the 2 goal game and keep it up... he is good for about 25 games a season and he has only wasted about 3 of them so far this season so he should be good the rest of the season
