Of course, most of us in here do...I guess I just don't see how the tampering allegations are relative to the spiral we've recently been on. The team Burke put together was a winning team through 65% or so of this season - why they fell off the rails, well, could be a number of things...I just don't think it has any relation to what you're talking about |

It's only tampering if you get caught.....seriously, if Wilson hadn't opened his mouth, Burke was just in Sweden to sign the Monster....do you think Wilson wasn't hired with the knowledge that his buddy was coming a few months later?...it's all about public perception and NHL team integrity, that's all.....we the public don't know jacksh!t about what really goes on behind the scenes with GMs |

Yes.. but that was shady... Wilson's mouth did cause a problem... but if I rememeber it right... he did not get in trouble for that one but for publically suggesting that the Canucks were trying to trade Bieska and Burrows.... and it was THAT, that caused the NHL to slap his wrist.
