Guftsy and Lilija were both very strong defensively tonight, really ate some important minutes to keep the top 4 fresh. Kind of funny how the beginning of the year, the team had no organizational depth, so much has changed.

looks to me like grossman is a keeper, guy is a big, physical, and mean Dman. Just what the doc ordered for the Flyers. Kubina has been a nice pick up as well. Bryz keeps playing well, this can be a dangerous team come playoff time

great to see them clamp it down and win a game 1-0. on the road, down 2 top dmen. bryz with an outstanding game.

the rest of the team? not so much. outworked and outmuscled along the boards for about 50 minutes and killed in the circle. clearing the zone was an enormous problem. puck possession in the o zone was almost nil.
