i did. just can't stand that a-hole. as solid as a team game as the rangers play, i'm amazed by the amount of garbage they score night in and night out. 3 of their 4 goals today were gifts.

One short side softie by Tea Party Timmy, and a goal scored behind the goal line. Just unreal.

Filet of flopping fish was on the menu at MSG today.

the gaborik goal was a total gift from seidenberg. he passed it right to him off the back boards after 2 great stops from thomas.

i thought the winner was terrible.

Not sure. I didn't see it happen. When I picked up the game, I heard the Wings announcers mention he left early with an undisclosed LBI.

Very soft. Scuttlebutt is Rask is done for the year. So with no credible backup Thomas is going to have to play almost every game. He will be worn down for the playoffs. Horton, and Peverley aren't returning anytime soon if at all. I think the Rags obviously and Pens are more likely to reach the SCF than Boston.

hmm... Maybe a slight groin pull. Not sure. I guess it's possible he could play Tuesday.

i think boston will have a very tough time repeating, let alone getting out of the east with their situation.

No question. I would root for Pittsburgh hard if they play the Rags.

For whatever reason, I have never built up a Devils, Rags, Bruins level of hatred for the Penguins. Not sure why.

Absolutely. I bet over their last 10 games, Bryzgalov's save % and GAA, are pretty close to what Thomas' are.

You bet against Thomas in last years playoffs. I personally wouldn't bet against him. Boston has 18 games left. That would put Thomas just a handful of games over what he played last year. Not really a big deal.

He's battled a sore back all year, not surprising. Hopefully, he can get some rest while he's out and come back strong for the stretch and playoffs.

What did he hurt right before the all star break that almost caused him to miss a game?

Would suck, but this team can make the playoffs without Timonen. Having him for the start of the playoffs will be necessary though. Here's to hoping.
