If we had hank im pretty sure we would have 95 points and the rangers would be fighting for a playoff spot.
Torts is a hell of a coach tho - flyers4487
Nope, because Hank has a helluva lot more support from his team. Even he lets in goals when there's breakdowns. We might have 6 more points but that's about it. Even Biron is putting up way better numbers with them v.s his Flyer days. |

I don't know if its an issue of health with Lundy or just fatigue. He'll have well over 60 games under his belt maybe 70 going into the playoffs and I don't know if that's conducive to post season success. Samething with our very own Bryzgalov. Now that he has found his game, does lavy start playing Bob more? IMO I think Bryz gets 12 more starts and Bob gets the rest. In fact if Bob is playing awful in those last 6 starts don't even bring Bryz out. The heck with it keep him healthy and fresh for the playoffs. - JoeRussomanno
Lundqvist has only started 48 games this year. That's 12th in the NHL. The Rangers are 10 points ahead of anyone in the East. Lundqvist won't approach anywhere near his start total of the last 2 years, which were 72 and 67.
He will be fresh for the playoffs. If the Rangers don't get it done in the playoffs, it will be due to secondary scoring. |

In my opinion if Bryzgalov continues his recent play, then he needs to keep playing. And play a lot. Best way to cool him off is to play Bobrovsky more. |

1. It Didn't hurt Broduer. I'm sure Lundquist can handle it.
2. The whole point with Bryz and Bob sharing a lot of time to start the season was to keep Bryz rested so you can lean heavily on him down the strech. I don't rest Bryz, he had enough breaks during the season that he should be fine. Now is time to get him in a groove, so he doesnt come out cold int he playoffs. |

Yup. Bryz plays the majority of the rest of the games. Not even a need for a second thought about it. The only time Bob plays is injury and the odd back to back. |

In my opinion it has hurt Brodeur over the last 10 years.

I would love to see Bryz come out and shut down the Red Wings tomorrow esp after getting lit up by them in the playoffs last year. Could be a humongous big confidence builder. |

But how many games have the flyers lose cause of bad goals, we score a hell of alot more then the blueshrits do, I think hank would make our team much better, but in a different way.....numbers would worse tho |

Those guys are a fun listen. When Bundy got his US citizenship, Saunders said, "I'm sure that set off celebrations all over Canada" |

The Rangers have 18 games left, figuring they have a healthy lead in the standings they can afford to give him more games off. If he starts 12 of the next 18 games, that would put him at 60 starts. Way down from his previous two seasons.
By design as well. I have heard Tortorella say on numerous occasions that it is imperative Lundqvist gets more games off. |

They do make not seeing the game more enjoyable, that's for sure. I also love that Bundy does not mince words - whether his subject is a Flyer, an opponent, a ref, or Tim S. |
