Whats better an IPhone 4 or Droid? - stveshdy
Depends on what you're looking for in terms of functionality and price (EDIT: also, what wireless service you'd use). Feel free to PM, I have moderate knowledge of each.

go Iphone any pc product is total crap and mac products just work. - JoeRussomanno
I recommended the iPhone to him, but the idea that Macs always "just work" and PC's don't is wildly false. Which product is best for you depends a lot on needed functionality, personal preference, and technological aptitude.

I hear a lot of people laughing at the concept of the Note, but I actually think it's pretty neat. I can see where a stylus might be handy. - BulliesPhan87

My provider is Verizon. - stveshdy
If you can get a Iphone through verizon that is a no-brainer. I don't know much about the new Iphone but my buddy has an iphone 2 I believe its like 4 years old so maybe even a first generation. Anyway his phone had to go back once because he dropped it in a toilet at a bar (all details on that incident stop now).
My one year old android phone constantly freezes turns off on its own with a full charge, calls my wife in the middle of conversations with friends discussing the anatomy of females on the street while we are driving by (yes that is an honest to w/e deity you pray to true story and yes she heard every word I said which gave me about a month's worth of marital strife) and fails to tell me about new texts, voice mails etc. It's a total pos and when this contract is up yes I will be looking hard at switching providers to get an Iphone. If price is a big problem that would be the only way to go android.

I actually got access to a Consumer Reports account, it doesn't specialize in phones but they seem to do a pretty good job with electronics. For the android phones, I've seen a few pretty good communities with opinions to offer.
All I know is I've been satisfied (not impressed, not disappointed) with my Droid 2 (which has taken a hell of a beating since I got it), but not so much with Verizon Wireless.
