There's a reason that PT winnners rarely win the cup. They go balls to the wall for nearly the entire season ( especially mentally ) and when they need to reach another gear there is rarely anything left. Having a month of adversity during the regular season allows a team to build the character to overcome it when it really matters.

I don't expect you to understand but you're asking for quite a bit for a goalie to not give up a rebound from about 15ft on a 85+mph shot. Again, the guy who scored it was undefended.

His teammates did give him a 2-0 lead but after a couple of soft goals the team we out of it . I don't blame solely him there are a cast of 7 or so that need to be seated including two gingers.
