His teammates did give him a 2-0 lead but after a couple of soft goals the team we out of it . I don't blame solely him there are a cast of 7 or so that need to be seated including two gingers. - VANTEL
Seeing the Dallas result tonight (with Bachman in net) shows pretty clearly the difference between rock solid goaltending and goals that can't be technically blamed on the goalie, but the team still lets in 5 in the loss. |

I thought I was just saying bench the ones that suck but that sounds good - VANTEL
So there's a group of 7 that doesn't need to be benched...... |

The guy bugging me the most is Raymond. He keeps going offside and missing chances when he's wide open. It's just too much. He needs to sit. |

No poop. Should have trade him 5 games into his return since his value will never again reach that level with this team. |

Why is our goal song so (frank)ing annoying? I hope they don't score again so I don't have to hear that sh1t again. |

Me too. Never understood how you let Torres go, if you're just going to turn around and sign a ton of fringe 4th liners right after. - Shorty's ritalin
After the Seabrook hit in the playoffs, I think the refs really put Torres under the microscope and he wasn't nearly as aggressive after that. I think the Canucks were probably concerned that he'd be ineffective, a liability (penalty-wise), or both. |

Nice rebound, Smith.

He was so good though. he was still one of the most aggressive players we had. We needed more of him, not less. |

He was still effective up until AV ruined our third line for sentimentality's sake. If I recall correctly it was Torres who separated Thornton's shoulder, that helped quite a bit. |

Sedins with the slump busters (points, yes I know they were assists). Although there have been a few glaring mistakes, don't know if you can say Canucks deserve the fate of losing 5-4 in this game. I would really like to see Kassian with Sedins though and scratch Raymond. Hopefully Kesler can stop hitting the post and get another one! |

Assuming Malhotra is healthy soon, maybe they should play him as a third line winger/faceoff specialist, keep tonight's 4th line together, and keep Burrows on the top line where he belongs. That 4th line has done a good job tonight - 14 hits and counting. |

I have liked the third line as well. However, Burrows with the Sedins is a no brainer if they can bump the slump. Either way, bottom six we have a good rotation of options we can use. |

Players should pick their own goal songs, like at-bat music in baseball. |

I'd rather keep Burrows on that 3rd line, scratch Raymond and let whoever fits better with the Sedins out of Booth and Kassian play up there. |
