The chemistry he had with Hartnell last year helped a lot. Finding the same is a little tough for some players. Simmonds seems like he would be a good fit, but his style is much much different than Hartnell, he is all about board possession while Hartnell was more of a cycler and roll type.

Remember his first year as a Flyer? He blew it up and then had a mediocre season after then playoffs came around...on/off activated.
