On March1st when JVR got injured, 6 to 8 weeks was the length. That puts you end of round one or round two of playoffs.

I love how Doc screamed JAGR!! after Harts scores his first. Jagr was then on the bench, with Simmonds and Roo on the ice.

I also like how Coburn drove the net and cleared the way for the trailer on the GWG. Thats great time recognition. I don't think 5 does that is there is more time on the ice with Briere and Harts as his forwards.

Carle, not even a question in my mind. Grossmann for 3-3.5 would be nice. I think we need what he brings to the backend if the price is right. Even with Coburn when he brings that snarl like he did today against Letang.

This is not the first time we have gotten under Malkin's skin when we play in Philly. Nice to see some of those penalties called. Often they are not.

He is virtually unstoppable at (their) home though.

Me too. I hope an agreement can be figured out. Out of all the D men I would let kubina walk first. Not because he is hurt currently and I can't see what he brings. He brings a lot (R handed, blocks shots, can hit, veteran presence). i just think he will be asking for too much for his age IMHO.

Malkin still can get taken off his game when he gets pissed. Crosby funnels his anger into scoring on you, even if it takes awhile. Malkin gets pissed off and retaliates at bad times.
